In a meaningful display of unity and compassion, the University Clinic successfully conducted a Blood Letting Activity last February 12, 2026, in partnership with Valenzuela Medical Center.

With a shared commitment to community welfare, the Blood Letting Activity successfully reached 90% of its target, reflecting the strong support and collective effort of the UCC community. This remarkable turnout highlights the University’s growing culture of volunteerism and compassion from students, faculty members, and university personnel who volunteered not only their time but also a part of themselves to help save lives.

Demonstrating leadership through action, University Officials and Employees actively participated in the initiative, setting an inspiring example of service and solidarity. Their presence underscored the institution’s genuine dedication to promoting health awareness and social responsibility—not merely in words, but through meaningful involvement.

University of Caloocan City would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to Valenzuela Medical Center and Caloocan City Health Department for its invaluable partnership in making this life-saving initiative possible.

Beyond academic excellence, the University of Caloocan City will continue to promote health awareness, social responsibility, and meaningful community engagement, while also nurturing a culture of compassion that inspires its community to extend help beyond campus grounds.
