UCC – College of Law Debate Council successfully conducted its annual debate event, providing a platform for aspiring debaters to demonstrate their mastery of logic, rhetoric and critical thinking. Each round embodied the true essence of debate; not merely as a contest of winning, but as a pursuit of truth through meaningful discourse.
With intelligence and powerful voices, RED SENECAN of the Political Science Department - North Campus emerged as Champion, demonstrating that true excellence is achieved through the courage to speak with purpose. Competing against 20 strong teams from eleven schools, including a mix of undergraduate programs and law school with some fielding multiple entries, their path to victory was defined by intense exchanges of ideas and compelling arguments.
Through this meaningful event, the University of Caloocan City continues to cultivate a culture of intellectual courage, leadership, and excellence, supporting not only academic achievement but also the development of persuasive leaders who are empowered to make meaningful contributions to society.
