A moment of pride and triumph unfolded at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City as registered criminologists took their oath and new members of Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) were formally inducted.

Amid this significant gathering, the University of Caloocan City (UCC) was honored with a Certificate of Commendation for its outstanding performance in the February 2026 Licensure Examination for Criminologists. With an exemplary passing rate of 82.42%, awarded by Professional Regulatory Board of Criminology, headed by Hon. Ramil Gabao, Chairman of the PRB of Criminology, together with other PRB officials, and PCAP President Dr. Gerry J. Caño and fellow PCAP officers.

In this milestone, the University of Caloocan City reaffirms its commitment to producing competent, principled, and service-driven criminologists. These individuals now stand ready to uphold justice, serve with integrity, and contribute meaningfully to the betterment of society—carrying with them the values, training, and excellence instilled by their alma mater.
